IS FRAMING AVAILABLE?
At this time, no.
However, I am looking into the possibility in providing frames with
each print purchase.
WHY IS THERE A WHITE BORDER AROUND MY
PRINT?
Each print I sell comes with a 1/4 inch border
so that the entire image is in view if and when you decide to frame
it. However, the image on the print is at the size I advertise (For
example: You order a 8x12 inch print. The image size is 8x12 inches
while the piece of paper is actually measured to be 8.5x12.5
inches.).
WHAT FINISH WILL MY PRINT HAVE?
Currently, all prints have a matte finish. If you want a glossy
finish, please contact me and I will be happy to accommodate your
request.
CAN YOU TELL MORE ABOUT THE PRINTING PROCESS YOU
USE?
Sure can. I use Pictopia for all my
printing needs. They have a wonderful service that makes true
photographic prints, which is one of the reasons why I chose them
in the first place. Each and every print is produced on actual
photographic paper exposed by light, rather than by ink sprayed
onto paper (as is the case with inkjet printing) which gives
sharper and more realistic results. In addition, the paper has
exceptional archival stability, which means the print will last a
lifetime. Print sizes are 8x12 or 12x18 inches with a 1/4 inch
border on all sides and come unframed. The 1/4 inch white border
allows you to have the print framed so none of the image is hidden
by the frame or mat material. Also, all prints use a matte finish.
If you would rather have your print come in a glossy finish, please
contact me
*before* making your order so I can make the special arrangements.
If you have more questions or concerning about the printing process
I use, please contact
me.
CAN YOU TELL ME MORE ABOUT YOUR GREETING
CARDS?
Unfortunately my greeting cards are no longer available at this
time. The paper I used to print them is no longer being made. I
hope to find a replacement soon.
DO YOU CHARGE SHIPPING & HANDLING WITH GREETING
CARDS?
Yes I do. Anything you order from me will have shipping and
handling charges added to the order. See above to figure my S&H
rates. I will also charge 8.25% sales tax for all orders shipped to
a California address.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE US?
At this time, no. However, I am looking into the possibility in
providing customers oversees the ability to purchase his prints.
Feel free to contact
me if you do live outside of the US and would like to order a
print.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
Please allow 5-7 days plus actual shipping time (depending on where
you live in the US). I do my best to fulfill a order as fast as
possible.
IS THERE OTHER PAYMENT OPTIONS OTHER THAN
PAYPAL?
At this time, no. However, you do not have to have an account with
PayPal to order. Using PayPal, you can use your major credit cards
(Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) and again, you
do not need a PayPal account to complete the order. Contact me if you have
any questions. I would like to make ordering as easy as possible so
if you have any suggestions feel free to offer them.
